I would like to ask for help. The City of Three Forks recently received news that the FEMA guidelines on the 100 year floodplain is still in effect and the challenges we have faced in building are still there. As a result, more residents and businesses will face new development restrictions and some will be required to purchase flood insurance. The City is proposing a plan that would reduce the risk of flooding in the future. The goal of the proposed project is to decrease the flood risk by building a conveyance ditch to the southwest of the city.
