Summer Enrichment header

Summer Enrichment for 2026 will be hosted at Three Forks Elementary School and run for 6 weeks (dates below). The hours are TBD, see below, and students entering kindergarten through entering 6th grade are eligible with middle school students as mentors possible. Breakfast and Lunch will be served at no cost to families, or students may bring a lunch from home. Please send a water bottle that can stay at the school and come home each weekend. Summer programming is funded through a Federal 21st Century Community Learning Center grant and generous donations from community partners. 

Student drop off will be at the front cafeteria doors on E. Neal where attendance will be taken and students can eat breakfast within the first 30 minutes, sit with their age group, and check in with their teacher. If your student does not need a breakfast, you may arrive anytime within that first 30 minute window. Pick up will be at the playground/front elementary office doors. Scheduled hours are TBA based on feedback from this form.

Due to funding and staffing constraints, and in order to maintain safe student-to-staff ratios, we will cap registration at 120 students. After 120 students have registered, this form will be updated as such, but still be active as a wait list. You will be contacted by the personal contact information listed below if you are on the waitlist and after the first week, if we have students who do not attend and we are unable to contact them, or we have openings for any other reason, we will work through the wait list in order. 

One complete registration form required for each child planning to attend.
