Attention TFES Parents: The TFES team wanted to update the school community on our upcoming Track and Field Day. We are going to hold the event on Monday, May 24th. This year's track and field day will look a little different with 2 different sessions taking place. We will start with an 8:45-10:45 block that will be set aside for all Kindergarten-2nd grade events. We will follow with a 12:30-2:30 block for all 3rd-5th grade events. By splitting the day into two sessions we feel that we can distance appropriately and cut down on the number of participants and visitors. An event schedule will be shared with parents prior to the 24th. Parents and family members are welcome to attend but we do encourage smaller group sizes to allow for proper distancing. With building construction slated to start we are limited to the football field area so we are asking spectators to stay off the field to allow for events to take place. Visitors are welcome to view events from the bleachers and/or from outside fenced areas (long jump pit area / throwing area by playground). Unfortunately there will be no BBQ this year. Students will have their normal lunch routines for the day. Lunch will not be provided for any visitors. Access to the school building will not be possible for any visitors. Bathrooms will be available in the concession building. We are excited to end the year strong and hold this exciting tradition. Thank you in advance for understanding the changes to this event and the restrictions/guidelines that we are putting in place. Now we just need sunny weather;) #WeAreWolves!

Good afternoon TFES parents. Our staff and administration wanted to update you of the current COVID situation within Three Forks Elementary School. Currently we have 4 elementary classes that are under quarantine based on exposures to positive cases. Out of the safety of staff, students, and community members we do want to take precautionary measures to avoid further exposures and quarantines. Moving forward this is the educational plan for TFES: -Thursday, April 29 If you are able to keep your child home we are encouraging it. Any child that is kept home on Thursday will be excused. If due to the short notice this is not possible, we will hold class for non-quarantined K-5 students on Thursday. -Friday, April 30 and Monday, May 3 School will NOT be in session on Friday, April 30 and Monday, May 3. This will allow time for a thorough deep clean and to see if further cases do arise. If an extended closure is warranted parents will be notified. Thank you for your flexibility and for understanding. It is the goal of the TFES teaching team to have a great finish to the school year. We hope that this little break will allow for just that!
