The Three Forks FFA Banquet was a great success last Thursday!
We had approximately 120 members and guests attend!
We recognized amazing Three Forks FFA Supporters, recognized the amazing accomplishments of our students, and installed the new 2026 - 2027 Three Forks FFA Officer team.
Three Forks FFA would like to offer a huge thank you to all Three Forks FFA sponsors, supporters, donors, Pixie Elmose, Greg Strohecker, KG Ranch, Three Forks Schools and Staff, Three Forks FFA Families, Three Forks Alumni and Supporters, and everyone else who came out to support us!
Thank you for a great year, and we can't wait to get started again!

We have been very busy in afterschool the last few days! We have several MSU pre-service teachers doing a STEM club with two of our groups and today, the 3rd and PreK/K groups did some buddy reading together!
Just as a reminder, our last day of before and after school programs is Thursday, May 28th!
Summer Enrichment is right around the corner! We are fully staffed and fully loaded with 165 students. All waitlist students have been placed in the program and we do not expect much movement off the waitlist from this point forward. All parents have been sent an informational email about dates, times, activities and what to bring to camp each day. If you did not receive the email, please reach out to kwarner@threeforks.k12.mt.us and I will get it to you!

The Three Forks FFA Elementary/Middle School Ag. Day was a great success! FFA students did a great job presenting their projects and teaching students about agriculture in the Gallatin Valley! Thank you to all the teachers and staff who allowed us to do this event, and to Broadwater FFA for coming over to help! We would also like to offer a huge thank-you to Nathen Miller and the Headwaters Golf Course for donating lunch for all our presenters!
We had a great day exploring Virginia City and gold panning in Nevada City with the 7th graders.

Horticulture Science propagated some succulants and potatoes, and then grafted some cacti together!
Food and Natural Resources spent a day going over forestry tools and chainsaw safety, leading to our chainsaw handling lab!
Vet Science spent a sunny day learning how to examine and handle goats!

More awesome Middle School Wood projects! We also had the pleasure of hosting some 5th Graders for our Step Up Day! They are naturals in the wood room already!
2YK took a walking field trip to Strawberry Ridge Nursery for a tour and to release butterflies that were raised in their classroom. Strawberry Ridge sponsored the purchase of the butterflies.
