Happy Thursday! Just a quick update on online registration. For starters, thank you to everyone that has completed that process. This is very helpful to the District and we appreciate your time and attention. Those that have not started or submitted online registration need to do so prior to Monday, August 28th. If this process is not completed you need to visit your appropriate school office prior to your child attending school on Monday. Please call the school if you have any questions.

Good afternoon Three Forks! TFS is excited to roll out another year of Afterschool Programing. If your child is going to attend the Afterschool Program, you will need to fill out a new form. The form is attached to this post. It can be emailed to lmalmquist@threeforks.k12.mt.us or brought to the Elementary Office. The program will start on Monday, August 28th. Attention Football Fans!! For the Wolves faithful that will be making the trip to Missoula for Saturday's football contest, they are wanting all attendees to enter at the south entrance by the large jumbotron. Travel safe and cheer loud. Go Wolves!!

Attention High School volleyball parents and players. We have to move our game vs Townsend from October 7th to October 6th. The start time will still be 1:00 pm. The varsity game will start around 4:00. Luckily both schools don't have school on Friday. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Attention Junior High Football schedule change. Due to the cancellation of the middle school football game on September 4th vs. Townsend, we have added one more game during our week off. We will play @ Big Timber on September 19th at 5:30 pm.

All of our games have been canceled that were scheduled on Labor Day September 4th. The 3 games included junior high football and volleyball along with JV football.

Here are the revised bus stop times for Route 3 and the listing for the other routes. Route 2 and 4 stop times have not been revised.

Good afternoon Three Forks!! What a great first day of school. This is just a friendly request for families to complete the Free and Reduced Lunch paperwork for the 23-24 school year. The paperwork is now completed through your Parent Portal on Infinite Campus as well as through the Infinite Campus District App. This process is more streamlined and should not take too much time at all. We encourage all to apply to assist with more accurate District numbers. Please contact the District office if you have questions.

Reminder: PLEASE JOIN US THIS AFTERNOON! The Three Forks School District is pleased to invite you to a Ribbon Cutting ceremony that marks the completion of our 2 year building project. The celebration will kick off the start of the 2023-24 school at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, August 22nd on the front step entrance to our cafeteria on Neal Street. Open House will be held from 4-6 pm. All guests are asked to join us at this main entrance when doors will be opened for the following Open House event. We greatly appreciate the community support for our schools. Please join us to celebrate!

There will not be a JV jamboree @ Manhattan on August 26th. It was originally on the schedule but they are only hosting a junior high jamboree.

Junior high football will start this Monday August 21st. Monday and Tuesday they will have two a days from 9:30-11:30 and 2:00-4:00. Wednesday we start school so they will practice after school. Make sure they have their physicals and get all your forms and activity pass paid on infinite campus. Go to the link "store" on the webpage. Reminder: The field trip on Thursday is to the Splash Park in Belgrade. Your child will need a towel, swimsuit, change of clothes, and a water bottle. It would be helpful if they wore their swimsuit under their clothes. We look forward to a great last day with lots of sunshine!!!

7th and 8th grade parents who were not able to attend the parent meeting last week: Practice will begin the first day of school at 4:00. Attached is the schedule that was handed out. Necessary documents can be found on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Insurance forms, concussion forms need to be submitted through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Completed physical must be turned in to either the middle school office or at practice in order for your athlete to participate in practice. Activity passes must be purchased before our first game. The Three Forks School staff, students and community are very fortunate to be nearing completion of the construction and renovation of a campus we can all be proud of. The $25 million bond that has been dedicated to the education of our children is really amazing and greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the district experienced thoughtless vandalism this past Sunday evening. It is such a blow to all the hard work and dedication that has gone into making this project successful. The district currently has camera footage that indicates persons of interest as we involve law enforcement in the identification of the individuals involved. Our newly completed roofing and part of our brick siding was vandalized with spray paint and the district fully intends to pursue charges against any parties involved. If you have any information that can benefit the investigation, please contact the Superintendent's Office @ 406-285-3224. We are proud of our community, and proud to be Wolves! Please help us honor the maintenance of our incredible facility and grounds with a watchful eye for those who would intend harm.
