It is that time of year again for our ALL sports meeting with parents, players & coaches. This includes High School & Middle School. The meeting will be held in the Main Gym @ 6:30 on August 12th. This meeting is for fall, winter & spring sports for the upcoming year. The fall sports parents & students will meet with their appropriate coaching staff after the meeting in the gym to discuss the coaches' rules & expectations. Winter and spring sports will meet with coaches before their season starts at a later date. Make sure you have all your paperwork turned in which you can do on Infinite Campus. This includes physical, contract, concussion, & insurance forms. Below is a list of all the sports for both high school & middle school sports. If your child plays any sports listed please attend the meeting from 6:30-7:00 pm August 12th. *Summer Enrichment * Students got out of the heat. They enjoyed a movie on the big screen and popcorn at the Star Theater in Whitehall.

*Summer Enrichment * 2nd graders learned about the Olympic Games this week and participated in a mock Olympics. Each team represented a country.

*Summer Enrichment* This week's Thursday field trip is to the Star Movie Theater in Whitehall. Students will be watching Cars 3 while munching on popcorn.

*Summer Enrichment * Pre-2YK & 2YK students had a blast at the Montana Science Center!

*Summer Enrichment * Tomorrow, Tuesday (July 30th), the pre-2YK and 2YK students will be going to the Montana Science Center in Bozeman!

Mark your calendars! Open House - August 20th This year's Open House will include a Parent / Student Informational Meeting as well as an Open House / Meet the Teachers event. Times / Schedules will be shared in August. Students first day will be Wednesday, August 21st. Summer Construction Update: The construction work on Neal and 2nd street is progressing and is expected to be completed before school staff return on Aug. 19th. The work includes resurfacing the parking lot and replacing sidewalks. Our Middle School has also had a facelift with carpet replacement and minor painting and repair projects. Our summer work is the final stages of the major construction project at TFS that is financed by the bond. As shared at previous Board meetings, the bond funds can only be used for construction projects that align with the original bond language. These funds cannot be used for regular operational costs. We feel very fortunate with the amount of facility expansions and upgrades we have been able to achieve . While we realize the construction over the past three years has been inconvenient for many, we are finally completing the work with an amazing campus as a result. The Three Forks School District is looking for an individual to teach MS/HS Band & Choir. This position has been posted with no applicants. The district will consider an emergency certification for anyone with band and / or choir experience. Emergency certification does not require a teaching certificate. This position may be either part or full-time. Our hope is to be able to continue to offer courses in our music department. There will be a salary negotiations committee meeting next week Tuesday, July 23, 2024 @ 5:30 in the Board Conference Room to discuss Director of Special Education & Children's Services contract.

Three Forks FFA will be at the Three Forks Street Fair this Saturday from 8:00 until CLOSE selling walking tacos! Come on down and support your local FFA Chapter as we raise funds for our competitions and attend the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana! We hope to see you there! Three Forks FFA also has a silent auction basket in the Gallatin Valley Fair tonight. Come on by and make a bid for this awesome basket, which is filled with some amazing items. We appreciate all the support and for all of you investing in students like us!

*Summer Enrichment * Today, July 18th, 2nd - 5th grade may arrive back to the school closer to 2:45pm due to allowing students to swim as long as possible at Bogart.

*Summer Enrichment * There will be no Summer Enrichment next week, July 22nd - 25th. Summer Enrichment will resume on July 29th for the last two weeks of summer programming.
