We are grateful to @MontanaMasonicFoundation for the $800 grant they presented to Mrs. Cutler today which funded the Montana Shakespeare in the Schools visit earlier this year. Proudly supporting public education in communities all over the great state of Montana is the primary purpose of the Montana Masonic Foundation. These past five years the MMF gave out over $300,000 to public schools--over $100,000 this year alone! Thank you for supporting the Wolves!

Three Forks School District will once again be offering a two session summer school enrichment program for the summer of 2022. Session one will take place from June 6th - June 30th and session two will run from July 18th - August 11th. Both sessions will take place Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30. p.m. Summer school will consist of academic remediation, enrichment activities, and field trips. Free lunch will once again be offered for all summer school attendees. As we continue to build on the momentum from this school year, summer school is going to be a crucial component for so many TFES students. If you feel that summer school is a good option for your K-5 child, please touch base with their classroom teacher. Stay tuned for more information about this important educational opportunity for your kids.

Attention TFES Parents! Three Forks Elementary School is planning for sunny weather on Tuesday, May 24th for Track and Field Day!! The K-2 Field Day will kick off at 8:45 on the football field. This will last about 2 hours, closing up before lunch. 3-5 grade students will start their Field Day at 12:30, again lasting about 2 hours. There will be no public BBQ, only normal school lunch service for students only. With many events taking place simultaneously on the football field we are asking parents to sit in the bleachers or view events from around the perimeter fence. We will share an updated map of events and the rotation prior to the event. If by some chance the weather does not cooperate, we will plan on holding the events on Wednesday. Stay tuned!!

Dear TFS Community, The unofficial results from yesterday's election are in. We were honored to have two quality candidates for our Board of Trustees and welcome Christian Potts back on our Board. We sincerely thank Emily Kennedy for her time and interest in the TFS. The general mill levy for both the elementary and the high school did not pass with approximately 37% in favor and 63% voting against. We are naturally disappointed with the levy election results, as these funds would have greatly impacted our district's ability to provide needed resources and services for our students and staff. It is clear that strong communities provide for strong schools and we are fortunate in Three Forks to have a caring and involved community. The district understands that the current uncertainty with our national economy has created challenges for everyone and greatly appreciate the support of those who voted in this election. The TFS will continue to work hard to honor our taxpayers through responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars. Our continuing goal is to provide the highest quality of education for our students, as these children are the future of Montana and it's communities. On behalf of the Three Forks Schools, I want to sincerely thank those who voted in support of our schools. Dr Rhonda Uthlaut Superintendent Three Forks Schools
