Good morning Three Forks!
With August just around the corner here are a couple reminders for elementary aged students.
-Please complete online registration in the near future. The link is https://www.tfschools.com/o/three-forks-schools/page/online-registration-25-26
All returning and new students are required to complete/update their registration.
-Classroom school supplies are now posted on the District website under the Elementary Home Page also at this link,

-The first day of school for grades 1-12 is August 20th. Kindergarten will start the year a little different. On August 20-21, all incoming K students will attend welcome back screening from 10-12. More information will be shared about this prior to the date. Kindergarten students will also have a scheduled orientation on August 25th or 26th. This will be communicated by the K team after screening. The first day for Kindergarten will be August 27th.

Thank you to the amazing Three Forks students who participated in our Community Service Day! They spent the morning cleaning up our local parks.

Summer Enrichment will be going to Ridge Waters Water Park in Butte on Thursday. The bus will leave after we eat breakfast and return to the school around 3pm. Please sunscreen your child before you drop off. Also, they will need a towel, water bottle, sunscreen, and a snack for the bus ride home. Parents are welcome to drive over and join us! Parents will have to pay for their own admission into the water park.

Three Forks Middle School and High School Students There will be a community service opportunity tomorrow, Tuesday, July 22nd for any Three Forks middle or high school students. We are going to do some community cleanup. We are meeting at the middle school entrance at 9am. We will finish cleanup at 11:30am and then have lunch. After that, we will have a short meeting to talk about running a carnival for the elementary Summer Enrichment which will take place next Thursday.

A busy week concludes for Three Forks FFA! Kortney Merritt attended the Tobacco Root Jackpot, where she took 1st and 3rd in her respective market classes. She was 4th in her showmanship class. She then took 1st in her heifer class and won overall grand champion breeding heifer! Kortney will be showing and selling her livestock projects at the Broadwater County Fair! Come down and support. Our FFA members at the Gallatin fair did very well in the Round Robin competition! Members competing included Kaydence Jensen, Heidi Hutchinson (5th Place Senior), and Griffin Jensen (Reserved Grand Champion Round Robin Showman). Rylee Smith was recognized with a heardsmanship award! Thank you all for supporting Three Forks FFA at the hay bale toss yesterday as well! Thank you for supporting Three Forks FFA!

Good afternoon! Here is some information for the Three Forks FFA Hay Bale Toss tomorrow. Come support! We hope to see you there! Rules of the Three Forks FFA Highest Hay Bale Throwing Contest WHERE: Three Forks Main Street WHEN: From 1:00 - 4:00 P.M. on July 19th WHO: Any and all ages (must sign a waiver regardless of age) WHAT: The objective is to throw a hay bale over a pole without knocking it down. The height of the pole will be increased to determine the winner. Trophies are given out to the Top Male and Female Adult Categories. Prizes will also be awarded to the Top Boy and Top Girl Kids Categories. Price: Entry for the competition will be $5.00 We will only accept cash or check!

The Three Forks District is searching for individuals interested in driving both school bus routes as well as activity bus events. The TFS Board has authorized both a $1500 signing bonus as well as payment of training registration and travel costs for CDL licensing. Please reach out if you are interested or know someone who might wish to apply. Without additional drivers, the district will be forced to reduce route transportation for many of our students. UPDATE: The date was wrong on the last post for the MANDATORY sports meeting. The date is Tuesday the 12th @ 6:30 pm in the main gym. This meeting is for ALL sports (6th - 12th grades), so if you plan on playing any sport during the 25/26 school year, you and a parent MUST attend.
