The agriculture department continues to go strong with its fun lessons! Students had a dendrology scavenger hunt, worked in animal nutrition, and even participated in a horse physical examination. It is a wild time in the agriculture classroom!
As funds from CTE department grants have started to land, students worked in landscaping, greenhouse assembly, and cement slab prep. The CTE department has proactively applied for numerous local, state and national funding sources to boost work based learning.
JV Tennis previously scheduled for 5/15 v. Belgrade has been rescheduled earlier for Tuesday 5/14 from 4-7pm at the Belgrade Youth Sports Complex.
Varsity Tennis Divisional Tournament starts Thursday 5/16 at 9am at Belgrade Youth Sports Complex & continues Friday 5/17.

Congrats to the Wolves golf teams at divisionals this last week. Girls team took 1st. Boys team 6th. Ari Judd was the individual girls Champion with Kennedy Rogers taking 9th, Paige Lien 12th, and Claire VanVleet taking a T-14. Devon Long took 10th place individually and Hunter Feddes took 12th so they will join the girls team at State this next week in Shelby! Good Luck Wolves!!!

The weather is finally getting nice so it's time for the wrestling banquet. It will be held on Sunday, May 19th @ 5:00 pm at Stevenson Park. We will have a BBQ and celebrate the kids achievements and a great year.
Friendly reminder that any student interested in Drivers' Education this summer must have their form signed and turned in to the high school office or to Mrs. Donnelly by Monday 5/13 at the very, very latest! Forms are available in the high school office or inside Mrs. Donnelly's door. There are 24 spaces available in the class and the class is filled by age--beginning with the oldest.

Just a reminder that all ballots must be to the county elections office by 8:00 p.m. tonight. Three Forks School District is still a location to drop off ballots. They can be dropped off at the high school office until 8:00 p.m. tonight.

A huge thank you to Emily Evans, a WIMU Veterinary Student, for taking time to come and talk to the Veterinary Science Class. Emily is former student of Montana State University, who is completing her first year of Vet School in Bozeman. Emily will then spend the next three years in the WIMU program in Pulman, Washington.
We appreciate Emily coming in and talking to our Vet Science Students about what it is like being in Vet School, and what information she wished she knew going into Vet School. She covered opportunities, curriculum, and what the day-to-day life of a vet science student looks like. She also had time to do a quick lab and demonstrate how to give a neurologic exam on an animal. Then our students practiced on each other!
